Prayogbharti acts as a Data Processor adhering strictly to documented instructions and technical safeguards.

2. Principal Rights & Consent Management

The platform provides Data Principals with automated tools for:

Right to Access and review personal data, giving histories, and 80G receipts.
Right to Correction and updating of PAN numbers, addresses, and communication preferences.
Right to Grievance Redressal through the built-in Grievance Redressal SLA system.
Right to Nominate and opt-out of marketing WhatsApp cadences.

3. Data Localization & Sovereign Cloud

All production databases and backups for Indian tenants are hosted strictly within sovereign data centers located in the territory of India (Mumbai/Delhi/Hyderabad).
