1. Information We Collect

FoundationBridge collects organizational identity information, user accounts, and data entered into civic modules (constituents, donors, PAN numbers, tax receipts) and sales pipeline modules (leads, deals, communications, and phone numbers).

2. Use of Donor Information

Donor PAN and contribution data are processed strictly for the generation of Section 80G tax certificates, annual Form 10BE filing verification, and official receipt delivery via WhatsApp or email. We do not sell, rent, or monetize constituent data to any third parties.

3. Security Standards

All web traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL. Database credentials, API tokens for WhatsApp Cloud and Razorpay, and sensitive authentication artifacts are hashed using industry standard cryptographic suites.
