1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FoundationBridge (the "Platform"), operating under the domain prayogbharti.org and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a non-profit trust, society, Section 8 company, or corporate entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Non-Profit Statutory Compliance & Section 80G Receipts

Prayogbharti Foundation operates as a registered non-profit trust holding valid approvals under Section 80G(5)(vi) and Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The Platform facilitates automated generation of Form 10BE compliant receipts. Organizations utilizing the Platform are responsible for verifying the authenticity of PAN details submitted by their donors.

3. Data Ownership & Tenant Isolation

All constituent records, donor contributions, volunteer logs, deal records, and case files entered by a tenant remain the exclusive intellectual and proprietary property of that tenant. Prayogbharti Foundation enforces strict logical database isolation across all multi-tenant partitions.
